With over 10 years experience in the IT industry I have seen both the success and failures with foreign companies such as US, Australia and Japan. From this experience I can understand the risk involved when choosing an offshore company. The majority of such offshore companies focus on quantity rather than quality, or the many rather than the few. A common description such as: "We have so many developers", "We offer the lowest prices" or "We can do anything with any programming language". Such companies can only cope with simple tasks. Realizing a lack of specialization, I founded React + (React Plus) - "the only company in Vietnam to specialize in React and React Native".

Mr. Luong Xuan Hai
CEOLuong Xuan Hai is our founder & CEO of React Plus. He had developed his passion for technology at early age. He used to participate in the project of building platform with Harvard students in 2011 and established Apple Watch application development company VnValley with Google and DropBox engineers in 2014. He proved to be brillian leader, starting his own enterprise such as Sphinx JSC-a Javascript company, The First One-BPO and testing company. Since then, he founded React Plus JSC in 2019 with a view to contributing to technology industry of Vietnam.
